Important Notice on Transportation & Transit Risks 

Please read carefully before placing your order. By purchasing through our proxy service, you acknowledge and accept the following inherent risks involved in shipping ultra-soft silicone items:

1. Slight Deformation: Soft silicone can flex, compress, or lose shape slightly during postal transit due to stacking or pressure inside mail bags. 
2. Detachment of Small Accessories: Decorative elements (such as small charms, glued accessories, toppers, or flocking bits) may loosen or fall off during transportation due to vibrations or friction. 

Terms of Service & Proxy Disclaimer

1. Shopping Proxy Agreement: We act solely as a proxy purchasing service to source items directly from physical stores on your behalf. We do not manufacture these products.
2. Strict No Return / No Refund Policy: All sales are final. Due to the delicate, hygienic, and fragile nature of Taba squishies, no returns, exchanges, refunds, or partial compensation will be provided for minor deformations, accessory detachments, outer packaging creases, or transit-related cosmetic changes.
3. Damage in Transit: Items are packed securely with protective bubble wrap prior to shipment. Postal transit risks are assumed by the buyer upon dispatch.

Packaging & Shipping Disclaimer: 

1. Standard orders are packed securely, but ultra-soft silicone remains vulnerable to pressure, especially when you are ordering taba squishy together with other regular squishy products.
2. Therefore, we strongly recommend adding the 15cm × 15cm × 5cm Mailing Box option at checkout if you wish to minimize deformation during transit. 

Packaging Upgrade Terms:

1. Capacity Limit: Each 15cm × 15cm × 5cm Mailing Box accommodates a maximum of 1 Taba Squishy.
2. Partial Upgrades: If your order contains multiple taba squishies but fewer box upgrades than items (e.g., 5 taba squishies with 1 box upgrade), only 1 taba squishy will be boxed. The remaining items will be dispatched in standard packaging.
