1. 預訂/代購商品定義
本商店多數商品為預訂 (Pre-order) 或 代購(Made-to-Order) 性質。這表示在您下單付款後,我們即開始投入採購、生產或行政資源以完成訂單。此類商品的特性已於商品頁面標註。
2. 24小時全額取消寬限期
所有訂單(無論是否包括預訂/代購商品)均設有 24 小時的取消寬限期。在此期間內,若您提出取消訂單要求,我們將提供 100% 全額退款。

3. 逾期取消手續費
若您在24 小時寬限期之後,且在商品尚未寄出前(即未產生追蹤編號前)要求取消訂單:
· 本商店將接受您的取消要求,但會收取 20% 訂單取消手續費。
· 此費用將從您的退款總額中扣除,以彌補已發生的金流手續費、行政管理及已投入的採購/生產成本。
4. 政策知悉與確認
您在結帳時必須透過下拉式選單確認您是否知悉本政策,尤其對於預訂/代購商品。透過結帳下拉式選單選擇「是 - 我已閱讀Heartfelt Squishy網站上的條款與細則,並知悉所有訂單均設有 24 小時的取消寬限期。在此期間外提出取消訂單要求,將產生 20% 手續費。」即視為您已完全同意本取消政策。
5. 書面確認權利與訂單保留
為保障雙方權益,本商店保留以下權利:
· 若我們判斷訂單存在潛在風險(例如:客戶於下拉式選單中選擇錯誤選項),我們有權要求客戶以電郵形式書面回覆確認知悉並同意本政策內容後,始進行後續出貨作業。
· 若我們在發出通知後的 48 小時內未收到您的書面確認回覆,本商店有權單方面取消您的訂單並退回 100% 款項。
6. 已寄出商品
一旦商品已產生追蹤編號或已寄出,即無法取消或退款。所有因收件人行為導致的退回商品(例如拒絕簽收、超期未領),本商店將不予退款。

Shipping Suspension: Feb 4 – Feb 28
a) New Orders: All orders placed on or after February 4 will not be shipped until we resume operations on March 1.b) Pending Pre-orders: If you placed an order before Feb 4, but it contains a pre-order item releasing on or after February 8,your entire order will be held and shipped in early March. Operations Resume: March 1
